With over 27 years of experience in education, I have served in various roles, including classroom teacher, co-teacher, and special education leader. My extensive background includes significant work with data as a teacher, instructional coach, literacy coach, and administrator. I have also been actively involved in leading and sustaining Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) and continuous improvement initiatives. I leverage the insights gained throughout my career to provide support to a diverse array of stakeholders within the educational community.
